Why Volunteer?
Help Yourself:
Volunteering can be a route to employment and through volunteering with Muff Féile, you could gain experience, knowledge and the necessary skills you require. You will also have a chance to enhance existing skills and put what you know to the test. There is also a social aspect to volunteering, it allows you to meet new people and make new friends. This will also give you a chance to socialise with people in the village if you are new to the area.
Help your Community:

Volunteering is a way to give something back to an organisation that has impacted on a person’s life, either directly or indirectly.

To make a difference in the lives of others or help others less fortunate.

To be part of a team and spend quality time on something that your passionate about, alongside other like-minded people.

Volunteer Information:
The Féile committee makes sure the volunteers are rewarded for their efforts and the commitments they make, in wanting to make the Féile as good as it can be. Every year the Volunteers are treated to a Volunteer Night Out, around the Christmas Period. We are also exploring ways of rewarding people with opportunities to gain qualifications via community training courses.

Who to Contact:
Féile has an open door policy. It’s at the centre of any activities that are taking place throughout the area during the build up to and weekend of the Feile event.
